More secure world

“Making the world more secure” is driving us. This
is unimaginable without our strong connection and constant exchange within the cybersecurity community and industry.

Culture

Development

Lifelong learning is fundamental to SRLabs culture. We are never content with the status quo, and constantly seek out ambitious new challenges that stretch the skills of our team.

Diversity

We are all different, and that is what makes us an outstanding team. This allows us to see things from different perspectives and come up with innovative solutions.

Work-life style

Choose your own work-life style.  Whether you are an early bird or a late riser, work from home or come into the office. We know what is best for our team and we aim to provide the “best work place” and flexibility that suits everybody's needs.

Shared rituals

Community, knowledge sharing, and having fun are essential to what we do at SRLabs, and sometimes that is best achieved by the beach with a cool beverage. Hacker Urlaub, our week-long annual retreat, takes the entire company to a sunny location, where we get to know each other better by discussing ideas, lessons learned, and future goals.
